What we collect
Account data (your email address and optional display name) and the content you create — shows, events, notes, and share links. Guest sessions are identified by a random ID stored in your browser. We collect basic technical logs (IP address, browser type) to keep the service secure and reliable.
How we use it
To run the product: syncing your rundowns across devices, authenticating you, and processing subscriptions. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your show content for advertising.
Who processes it
ROSmaster runs on Supabase (database and authentication, hosted in the United States), Vercel (application hosting), and Stripe (payments — we never see your full card number).
Sharing within the product
When you share a show, invited people can see its content and the names/emails of other members of that show. Invite links grant access to anyone who has the link until you revoke them.
Retention & deletion
Deleting a show permanently removes its rundown and share links. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us and we'll process it within 30 days.
